 Hi David,

Just to say everything went really well yesterday.  Signed, sealed & delivered.......the car is wonderful.
Everybody has provided us with such a fabulous service. So a big thank you to Rod who got this who deal rolling.  Yourself Dave who has guided me & Sean through this whole process with patience.  Nathan at John Hughes who helped Sean chose the car & also to John himself who met with Sean last Wednesday & just tweaked our deal that little bit more, thank you. To Murray & his team at John Hughes who dealt with the finance side of things.  And also to the team at Macquarie John & Anna who allowed us the extension of time & made this happen.Unfortunately I haven’t got John & Nathan’s email addresses to thank them directly especially with the personal touch of the flowers & the wine.  So please pass this onto them.

You mentioned you do insurance... is that just car insurance or could you get competitive quotes for house and life insurance too? I ask because I'll be changing my current provider shortly...

 Anyway I will likely contact you in a few weeks to discuss that.

Firstly merry Christmas and a happy new year to you and your family. I hope you thoroughly enjoyed the break as I’m sure it was well deserved.

I wanted to touch base with you to personally thank you for your efforts with my recent car purchase. Although you obviously weren’t there to personally assist me i suspect you had some involvement given that i was offered a very competitive price on the Hyundai i45 by the dealer as well as a list of extras, and it was also financed at a very competitive rate with little fees and no hidden costs. I commend you and the team you have at Westralian Auto Finance for providing such a comfortable and relaxed environment for me to make my purchase. From the initial contact I made with Steven to arrange finance, the test driving and negotiating process with Chris, and finally the settlement process with Jason I felt very much at ease.

I am just writing this e-mail to express my amazement at the quality of service provided by Henry. From my point of view, having never taken out a loan before, I was hesitant and slightly apprehensive. Henry however made it very easy for me to understand, was honest and upfront about every detail about the loan which made it much more comfortable for me to sign. I would honestly have no hesitancy in recommending Henry to any of my friends, family or associates and I certainly think more people in the finance industry should be more like him.
